Werner Film Productions call for concepts for original drama series




"Werner Film Productions today called for  writers to submit original new television concepts for its development initiative, The Story Lab. 
Funded by Screen Australia’s Enterprise Stories, the lab is an initiative of WFP’s two-time Emmy nominated producer Joanna Werner.

WFP aims to take risks through The Story Lab and to cultivate innovative Australian stories with global audience appeal. The successful concepts will be challenged, debated and strengthened over a week of rigorous development in a workshop." IF Magazine.

WENTWORTH series four Writer’s PLACEMENT





This special initiative from Film Victoria and Fremantle Media enables two early-career Victorian screen writers to observe the script development process of an episode of Wentworth.

Each successful applicant will spend seven days over approximately three months within the script department of Wentworth attached to production company FremantleMedia, observing the life cycle of either Episode 8 or Episode 10, Series 4.
